It helps to include the app version, which you'll find at the bottom of Settings, and your phone model. Please don't send your baby's details or photos.

Common questions

Is my data backed up?

Not yet. Jola keeps everything on your phone, so it is lost if you delete the app or lose the phone. Sharing and backup with family are planned for a later version.

Can Jola tell me if something is wrong with my baby?

No. Jola helps you keep records and shows cited information, but it doesn't diagnose. Please talk to your pediatrician about your baby's health.

How do I delete my data?
